1 Introduction

2 Getting Started
2.1 Login and Register
Firstly, users can go to the website link https://lekirpay.com/ you can register your account and login to the LekirPay as shown in the figure below. The “Register” and “Login” button is available on the top right corner as shown below;
It will bring you to the login page https://app.lekirpay.com where you can, insert your details and click the “Sign In” button. For new account click “Sign Up”.
2.2 Dashboard
LekirPay dashboard provides the overview of “Today Transaction”, “7 Days Transactions” and “30 Days Transactions”. It also provides the visualization of transaction statistics. It also has the filter function to overview desired periods of transactions.
Lastly, in this section it also provides an overview of the highest transaction and the overview of the payment channel.
2.3 Transaction
In this section, it shows all the history of transactions that have been done in a particular account. Users can export all the transactions into a CSV file just by clicking the “CSV” button. We also provide a print option to print all the transactions within the account by clicking the “Print” button.
To see the full details of the particular transaction, just press the button under the “Action” column. Filter function is also available for users under the “Filter” button.
2.4 Payment Form
In this section, it shows a list of payment forms. Same as the previous section, it provides export to CSV file, print, and filter function. To add a payment form, just simply click “Payment Form+” button and fill in the requirements.
2.5 Customer Management
In this section, it is divided into two groups which are “Customer Group” and “Customer”. User can add new customer group by clicking “Create Group+” button.
Users also can edit or delete a particular group.
This function is available under the “Action” column.
In the “Customer” section, user able to see the list of customer that user was added under “New Customer+” button.
Under the “Action” column, by clicking the symbols, you can view details of the customer, edit the contacts and delete.
2.6 Payment Group
In this section, it serves as Payment Group. Users can add payment group by clicking the “Payment Group+” button. Same as previous sections, it provides export to CSV file, print and filter function. Users also can edit or delete a particular payment group by pressing the button under the “Action” column.
2.7 Payment Link
In this section, it shows all the payment links and the amount of transactions occurring. Users can add a new payment link by clicking “Payment Link+”. Users also can see the details, pay, delete or share the payment link by clicking the “+” button on the first column.
On the “Action”, when you click details it will show you the QR code of the link.
2.8 Recurring Bill
In this section, it compiles all the recurring bills. Users can add a new recurring bill by clicking “New Recurring Bill+”. To view the details of the bill or to delete, the functions are available under the “Action” column.
2.9 Affiliate
In this section, it shows all affiliate merchants that had already been linked to users. To make another user as affiliate merchants, users need to share the link provided to them. The link is available under “Affiliate Link”. Users can withdraw by pressing the “Request Withdrawal”.
2.10 Integration & API
In this section is divided into two parts. The API of users’ accounts is available under the “API” tab. On “Integration” tab, users can connect LekirPay into our different applications such as Cloudnify, Accounify, Shopnify and Whatsnify. It as simple as pressing “Connect” button under this tab.
