2.0 Account Registry and Login
2.1 Registering an Account:
Visit the Shopnify Website:
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the Shopnify website.
Click on "Sign Up" or "Register":
Look for the "Sign Up" or "Register" button on the homepage. Click on it to initiate the registration process.
Fill in Your Information:
Complete the registration form by providing the required information, which typically includes your email address, a secure password, and any other necessary details. Follow any additional prompts or requirements specified by Shopnify.
Verify Your Email:
After submitting the registration form, check your email inbox for a verification message from Shopnify. Click on the provided verification link to confirm your registration.
2.2 Logging In to Your Account:
Go to the Shopnify Website:
Open your web browser and navigate to the Shopnify website.
Click on "Log In":
Look for the "Log In" or "Sign In" button on the homepage and click on it.
Enter Your Credentials:
In the login form, enter the email address and password associated with your Shopnify account.
3.0 Access Your Dashboard:
Once you've successfully entered your credentials and any required security information, you should be redirected to your Shopnify dashboard. From here, you can manage your products, customize your store, and access various tools to run your e-commerce business.
3.1 Access the Dashboard:
Once you are logged in, you should be redirected to your Shopnify dashboard. This is the central hub for managing your online store.
3.2 Start the Store Creation Process:
Click your user avatar and click "Create Store" to initiate the store creation process.
3.3 Choose a Store Name:
Enter a unique and catchy name for your store. This name will be part of your store's URL, so choose wisely.
3.4 Select a Store Theme:
Shopnify offers a variety of themes for your online store. Click on “Store Settings”. Choose a theme that aligns with your brand and provides a visually appealing layout. You can customize the theme later to match your preferences.
3.5 Customize Your Store:
Go to “ Brand settings” and “Store Settings” to personalize your store by adding your logo, adjusting colors, and setting up your navigation menu. This step allows you to give your store a unique look and feel.
4.0 Add Products:
To start adding products to your store, go to “Shop” under your “Dashboard”. Include details such as product name, description, price, and any variations (sizes, colors, etc.). Shopnify typically provides an easy-to-use product management interface.
5.0 Set Up Payment Methods:
Go to “Store Settings” and click on “Payment Settings” to configure the payment methods you want to offer to your customers. Shopnify often integrates with various payment gateways for secure transactions.
6.0 Configure Shipping Settings:
Define your shipping options, including shipping rates and delivery methods. Ensure that your customers have clear information about shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
7.0 Set Up Tax Settings:
On your Dashboard, click the “Shop” tab and on “Product Tax” click the “+” sign to configure tax settings based on your business’s preferred and applicable tax regulations. This ensures that taxes are calculated correctly during the checkout process.
8.0 Set Up Coupons:
Once you are in the "Coupons" section, you should see an option, denoted by a "+" sign or an "Add Coupon" button. Click on it to create a new coupon.Include information such as the coupon code, discount amount or percentage, expiration date, and any other relevant details.
9.0 Add Subscribers:
Within the same “Dashboard” tab, in the “Subscribers" section. Click on it to manage your subscriber list. Look for an option, "+" . Click on it to add a new subscriber. In the form that appears, enter the email address of the subscriber you want to add. Ensure accuracy to avoid any communication issues.
10.0 Add Location
In the “Dashboard” tab, under the “Shipping” tab. Look for an option, denoted with a "+”button. Click on it to begin configuring shipping zones. Specify the regions or countries where you will be shipping products. This could include local, national, and international zones.
11.0 Custom Page/Blog
Under the “Dashboard” tab, “Create Page”, you can add custom pages to your e-commerce shop. This may be used for specific purposes. Enter a title for your custom page. This title will appear in the navigation menu or wherever you choose to link to the page. Use the available editor to add text, images, videos, or any other content you want to feature on your custom page. Format the content as needed for a polished look. Use the same method for Blogs.
12.0 Logging out
Simply click on your avatar icon, choose the “LogOut” option at the bottom of the list.
